Adjusting & Soft Tissue Techniques

Diversified

Diversified Chiropractic Adjusting
Using specific manual thrusts, we focus on restoring normal biomechanical function. This is the classic chiropractic technique and is used on most of our patients, however each treatment is tailored to each patient's specific needs.

Flexion/Distraction

Flexion / Distraction
Flexion/distraction manipulation decompresses the disc by applying a gentle stretch or traction to the spine. Typically this is done in a series of repetitive slow movements without quick movements or thrusts. The procedure is often used for people with disc problems, but can also be used in other ways, such as to gently mobilize joints.
